Label Your Package Clearly

To avoid delays or confusion, please ensure your package includes a slip or sticky note with the following:

  1. Your Full Name
  2. Order Number (from your confirmation email)
  3. Optional: Recipient Name
  4. Optional: Include “Gift Wrapping” in the attention line

  • How to Label Your Package:

  • Do:

    1. Use a sturdy shipping box (not an envelope or bag)
    2. Cushion fragile items with packing material (paper, bubble wrap, etc.)
    3. Tape box securely on all sides
    4. Include a note inside with: your name, order number

  • Don't:

    1. Wrap the gift before sending (we’ll do that part!)
    2. Use loose or oversized packaging that may shift in transit
    3. Omit your order number — we need it to match your gift to your order

Gifts must arrive at least 3 business days before your desired delivery date

All shipping costs to and from our location are the customer’s responsibility

We do not currently accept perishables or flammable items
