Shipping policy

At this time, we do not offer shipping. We provide local delivery gift wrapping services in the New York City and Long Island areas only.

Where We Deliver:

• All five boroughs of New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island)
• Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties)

Delivery Timeline & Requirements:

To ensure timely delivery, we must receive your mail-in at least 3 days before delivery or your order from our site at least 5 days before your requested delivery date.

This applies whether:

• You are mailing in a gift for us to wrap and deliver, or
• You are having us purchase and wrap an item on your behalf

We cannot guarantee on-time delivery if the item is received less than 3-5 days before the requested date.

Delivery Details:

• Orders are hand-delivered to the address you provide at checkout
• Standard delivery occurs within 1–3 business days after wrapping is complete
• Expedited delivery may be available upon request (fees may apply)

⚠️ Important Notes:

• We do not ship nationally or internationally
• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
• If your location falls outside our delivery zones, we will contact you to discuss options or issue a refund
