Which service is right for me?

If you want everything handled for you, Fulfillment is easiest. If you'd rather watch it happen at home, House Calls is popular. If you're already out shopping, Mall Appointments fits right in.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve the greater metro area — reach out if you're unsure whether you're in our service zone.

Do you only operate during the holidays?

No, we operate year-round! While we specialize in holiday wrapping, we also wrap and deliver gifts for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and other special events.

How do I schedule my pickup?

After checkout, we'll email you to confirm a pickup date and time window that works for you.

How long does Fulfillment take?

Most orders are completed and returned within 24–48 hours of pickup.

What happens if I have more gifts than my package covers?

Extra gifts are wrapped and billed on-site, or contact us to upgrade your package before your visit.

Do I need to supply wrapping paper?

Not necessarily — we bring a full kit, but you're welcome to use your own paper too.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Both work — appointments guarantee a slot, but walk-ins are always welcome.

How do I pay?

Payment is completed at the time of service — cash, card, and mobile pay all accepted.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes — pricing steps down per gift at higher quantities for Fulfillment and Business Services. Ask when booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout. At mall locations we also accept cash.

Is a percentage really donated to charity?

Yes — a portion of every order goes toward supporting the end to child hunger, no matter which service you choose.
