  • Option 2: Bought Elsewhere? Send It to Us

    Already purchased a gift from another site (like Amazon)? No problem! Just ship the item directly to us. Then, return to our website and complete the Mail-In Form so we know it's on the way.

  • Option 3: Send from Home

    Already have the gift at home? You can mail it to us yourself!

    Just fill out the Mail-In Form on our website, and we'll take care of the wrapping and delivery.

Step 2: Fill Out the Booking Form

Once you've decided how you'd like to send your gift, the next step is to complete our quick booking form. This helps us gather all the essential details to ensure a smooth and personalized experience. You'll let us know how many gifts you're sending, your preferred wrapping and any special instructions—like gift messages. You'll also confirm your chosen delivery method from Step 1. This form helps us prepare for your order and keeps everything organized from start to finish.

  • We’ll confirm your pickup time via email or text.

Step 4: We Wrap & Deliver

Once we receive your gift, our team gets to work wrapping it beautifully according to your selected style. Every detail is handled with care to ensure your gift looks stunning. After wrapping, we deliver directly to the recipient—but please note, delivery is currently available only within the five boroughs of New York City and select areas of Long Island.
